Am 4 weeks pregnant from Ivf but don't feel any symtoms except the off and on tender boobs and constant urinating, is it normal? Am worried
Hi Niseva,
I haven't had a ivf pregnancy but 4 weeks is really really early and slightly tender boobs and lots of weeing is often the sum total of symptoms at this stage. As your pregnancy progresses and hormones increase you are likely to start having more symptoms - nausea, fatigue but don't worry if you don't. I breezed through my first pregnancy with no symptoms and had a very healthy baby (I've suffered a little bit more this time round!)
I hope I've put your mind at ease a little, try your hardest to relax and eat as healthily as you can now just in case the dreaded sickness does kick in and you're stuck on a diet of crackers and crisps!
Congratulations, enjoy the crazy ride of pregnancy
Congratulations yes symptoms vary for every person, personally for me, my boobs were so painful I couldn't wear a bra! I'm nearly 27 weeks and have suffered with sickness, backache you name it!
However my sister who jus ad her first ivf baby was great in her first trimester no symptoms hardly
Hello sweetie!! Congratulations, I bet you're thrilled!
Well I too have never ivf but pregnancy is pregnancy, and when I was 4 weeks I had all those symptoms too... In fact I'm only 6w 5 days and I'm still the same. Also totally bloated and constipated! The joys of pregnancy!
At 4 weeks I didn't know I was pregnant, but did have sore boobs and was weeing more. It is wierd because it didn't occur to me at the time I could be pregnant. I didn't find out until a week later and it all became clear. In week 5 I also felt completely rubbish and have ever since!
I am 7 weeks now, I went to docs and she said you may feel completely fine or you may feel like hell or anything inbetween, it is all completely normal.
Congratulations too, you must be very pleased
Babies are a worry from the moment they are conceived til the day you die!
You sound very pregnant indeed to me.
Try to enjoy it x
Of course it's normal! I even think you're lucky! When I was <a href="motherhow.com/4-weeks-pregn... weeks pregnant</a> my morning sickness was horrible!
