I'm 6 days late on my period but all tests coming back negative. Could I still be pregnant?

It is possibly still too early for the home test to be accurate. Try again in a few more days. It could just be a late af though. I was 10 days late this month when i am always regular 27 days.

I agree with lou39, it could just be too early to detect. With my first i didn't get a positive until i was nearly 10 weeks pregnant and that was drs tests also. I would give it maybe a week and test again, it could.just be a delayed period. Good luck and i hope you get the outcome that you want x

Yes you could, just wait a few more days my peiods are irregular and with my second it took to day 38 on a pregnancy test to register (and even then it was faint). Good Luck x
