Does anybody know any tips on how 2 help 2 get the baby's head engaged? I'm 36 weeks and want to go to a birthing center an not a hospital. But the baby's head must be engaged before I can go. Thank you.

Hi welshbabe,

Congratulations, you're nearly there!

We have some tips on what you can do during pregnancy to encourage a straightforward birth, including helping your baby into a good position. Have a read here: nct.org.uk/birth/encouragin...

Hope this helps!

All the best,

Good luck! :)
