can i be pregnant with these symptoms

i feel sick most of the time and light headed sore nipples and i am getting little spots around my nipples very emontional having some head ache i also feel bloated around the lower belly area and also finding hard to get to sleep and be comfertable i am also getting heartburn is there any chance of being pregnant

I think it's possible you could be, all are symptoms that can happen in early pregnancy. Have you taken a test yet?

Not yet was waitIng till today to see if my M/S comes and it's not so got to do a test now an very excited

That's all the symptoms I have and it turns out I'm around 6 weeks.
