It's still possible that you're pregnant. If your hcg hormone levels aren't yet high enough, the test may not pick up on them, and display a negative result. If you are concerned, contact your G.P.

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant with my second child. I had my contraceptive implant removed 11 weeks ago. I had my first cycle 6 weeks ago.

I tested on the day my next period was due and it was negative. I tested 2 days later, again negative. I tested again 4 days after that and it was positive. This was a week after my period was due. I used a supermarket brand test which claimed to be 99% accurate on the day your period is due. Guess the HCG hormones just weren't high enough

Try not to stress too much, you can always wait a couple more days and test again, or like geordie_jane said, contact your GP. x
