I'm 8 weeks pregnant I have been having pinkish bleeding for a few days now with cramping

I just went to the loo to find this (what's in the pic)

I'm worried now and confused

I don't know if I just had a miscarriage

Any advice on what to do or what it is in the picture

If you call your midwife and ask to be referred to the early pregnancy unit, they should be able to offer you some tests and give you confirmation. Unfortunately bleeding is very common in pregnancy, sometimes it's nothing and sometimes it's a miscarriage, so no one here can confirm which for you so its best to get proper medical advice, hope you're ok xx
