Clear Blue pregnancy tests

Has anyone ever bought a clear blue pregnancy test to find when you open the packet that there was a blue line in each box (to me it looks like it has been used). I’ve added a picture of the test

That doesn’t look right. Was the box wrapped in film? You can’t use those…

Yes, the test was still in its wrapper

I've not seen them look used before, if either take them back for a refund or chuck them and just but another pack.
