Mucus or discharge?

Hello My name is Stacey, I'm bit confused on the type of discharge I'm getting. I do have 2 little girls, but this pregnancy (boy) has been totally different. I'm currently 28weeks+1 I've had alot of sickness real bad, but also has been straining me alot. The last few days my pubic bones has been really painful when I walk, get out of bed move around feels like strong pressure. Today I went toilet and I found discharge in my underwear so I used toilet paper to get it off sorry to be crude, but wasn't sure if it's discharge or mucus? Tia

Hi my name is dilpreet and I am also 23 weeks pregnant. I had the same problem but I had brown mucus discharge. But after few days its disappeared . And I went to the hospital and they did scan and check everything. And now I am ok. So don't take any stress of tension. Just do some rest and also meditation. Good luck

I also had two girls, then a boy and had more discharge throughout the pregnancy with my little boy, some.of which was as thick as your pic. No idea if that's a common thing or just a coincidence 🤷🏻‍♀️ Your pic looks like my mucus plug for the girls and my occasional thick discharge for the boy. I dont suppose that's very helpful!

Aww bless you, yeah that does make sense that's why I thought I'd ask with my girls my discharge was diff but that looks like my mucus. So was unsure I read it can regrow anyways thankyou for advice il ring midwife Monday🙂 probably over panicking as feel so much pressure but had my eldest girl prematurely weighing only 3.12 hopefully just discharge and he pushing on cervix thsnkyou girls xx

It's hard to tell for sure, so I'd call triage just in case. I had my mucus plug come out at 35 weeks, went to triage, got checked out and kept for observation. My waters broke that evening and 5 hours later I gave birth to my baby boy. The doctor who examined me before my waters broke said there's 5% chance I'll give birth within a week. Not much, but as it turned out, I was that 5%.
