Light red/brown discharge?

Hello everyone, I found out I’m pregnant a few days ago. My period is not to come till 3-4 days and I see I have this light red/brown discharge(spotting). I read online about this but just wanted to get some real answers from you all as this will be my first pregnancy. Thank you!

If your period is not due to come yet how have you found out you're pregnant?

I ovulated 2 weeks ago and saw the unusual spotting and got tested by my doctor and was positive for a pregnancy test. 12 days after ovulation(sex) you can find out if you have the HCG hormones.

It could be implantation bleeding when the pregnancy in plants into you or it could be that you've had a chemical pregnancy where you're period may come a little strange or late but the pregnancy didn't complete correctly

There very little way of knowing which one you've had, but if you wait another week or ten days and do another pregnancy test if you're still pregnant you should get another positive test, if you've had a chemical pregnancy, your hormones will reduce and you should get a negative test.
