My baby is almost 3 months old and sometimes(usually before bedtime) she eats 8 ounces throughout one hour. Should I consult with a doctor?

I would speak to your health visitor rather than your doctor as it sounds like you need advice rather than her not being well or in need or medical assistance. Your health visitor is trained to help with feeding and weight queries and should be able to help you either over the phone or in person.
No this is fine babies should be fed on hunger cues & not by the clock or quantity. You'll find they have growth spurts so will probably want more. Babies are good at letting you know when they are full , so keep feeding baby. Also see your day as 24 hours not morning time or bedtime so if they want another 8oz later in evening just give some
