Audiobooks is my favourite. You can do things around the house while listening. I don't know how I'd survive symptoms in the first trimester without them.

Reading, painting, painting by numbers or something similar while listening to an audio book. Puzzles, computer games

Hey there, I guess most important is understanding what is making you anxious?! Assuming you’re pregnant there are certainly plenty of things that play on your mind however if it’s something more serious than that I definitely recommend a conversation with your midwife to talk things through. Sharing anxieties or worries can ease them greatly. In terms of taking your mind off things lots of hobbies out there aswell as gentle exercise and walks are a great way to get out and clear your mind. Keeping active will help 😊.
