You should be put on medical suspension at 28 weeks if you’re a personal carer/support worker due to COVID, talk to your boss about this, sorry I don’t have any advice for the meantime! xx
Your work place should have done a risk assessment for while you're pregnant and gone through this with you and they need to make allowances by law so that there the risk of harm to you or your baby is minimised. Maternity action provides lots of information and help with work places and pregnancy and they would probably be the best people to contact for advice.
A risk assessment would need completed by your employer. I think regulations have changed regarding pregnancy and covid but speak with your GP about your situation perhaps they could sign you off and advise office duties.
Your work should really do a risk assessment. Mines was done at 15 weeks and they have offered me maternity leave from 26 weeks. So I’m now on maternity until next year (I’ve been off since March!) hope it all works out for you hun xx
