Seems strange they didn't mention it at the time, sometimes babies don't get on the right positions at the scans so they all you to go back. I think if they thought anything was wrong they'd want you in sooner, but if you're worried you could always ask if they could do an a scan earlier for you.

I asked them if I can come sooner they said there not concerned so they wanna wait 4 weeks

We didn't have exactly this problem but something similar when they couldn't see some parts of the baby's heart at the scan. Like your message says, they assured us it was almost certainly because the baby was in an awkward position. Everything was fine in the end, and I'm sure it will be for you too, try not to worry xxx
