A lady in her third trimester can do what she likes! And if anyone tells her not to she can eat them too!
in all seriousness, chocolate in moderation is fine.
According to NHS website, there is "less than 25mg in a 50g bar of plain dark chocolate" or "less than 10mg in a 50g bar of plain milk chocolate" so unless you have more or you can stay within the recommended 200mg caffeine a day (Maybe depending how much other caffeine ... tea coffee ... you consume). So if my maths is correct - not more than 8 small bars of dark chocolate or 20 bars of milk chocolate?
I'm in third trimester and have been eating 3 or 4 dark choc digestives most days
