My bottle fed baby seems to be getting tummy ache after some of his feeds quite badly, we ofcourse burp him during and after his feed, and if he is in pain give him a little tummy massage/cycle his legs, and give him anti-colic drops pre feed, however, he just keeps screaming, you can calm him down with his dummy but the second he spots it out he starts screaming again, meaning he's not going to sleep at night and keeping us and himself awake
Any advice welcome!

If he's still very little have a look at purple crying and the fourth trimester. It made a lot of sense to me that baby was going through a difficult period of adjustment.
If you're bottle feeding have a look at pace feeding bottles to replicate beat feeding so it shows the feeding down and gives baby the opportunity to stop feeding when they are full instead of gulping too much down.
My little one cried a lot those first few weeks but it does get better in time as they adjust and develop, good luck xx
I thought my daughter had colic but it turned out to be milk and gluten allergies. Read about the symptoms for milk allergy and it might surprise you. If your lo has lots (or evening some) of symptoms i would speak to your Dr about hypoallergenic formula. Nappy’s will give you the biggest clue if this is the case, it could be any of the following: very stinky, very loose, very hard, with mucus or dark bits (blood). I would also say that the colic drops gave my daughter slient reflux. Drinking water is a good way to help baby bring up wind. So might be worth stopping them. It took about 9months for my daughter to settle and to figure out she had a gluten allergy too. I’m happy to say that she outgrew the allergies.
Does he have any other symptoms.... reflux or really loose frequent nappies, hiccups or anything like that our little boy was awful he was breast and bottle fed ( as he wouldn’t maintain his weight) and after 8 weeks of hell ( we had to hold him upright all night for anyone to get any sleep) we saw a Dr who accepted that I wasn’t just a neurotic first time mum listened to everything and our little boy was diagnosed as dairy intolerant, prescribed a milk alternative and there was a massive improvement he slept, his nappies improved and he put on weight as it didn’t just go straight through him!!About a yr later we discovered he also couldn’t tolerate soya so had we known that at the time it would have been even better but might be worth a consideration have a look on line at some of the symptoms see if it fits 🤷♀️
