All day sickness

I am seven weeks pregnant an for the past 2 weeks I have had the worse nauseous feelings all day everyday I vomit every now an then but sick on the stomach all the time I can’t eat a lot because everything makes me nauseous my dr have given me 2 kinds of medication too help with it and nothing is working I feel like cramp everyday any suggestions

Go back to your GPs and ask them to rule out dehydration, as that might explain the cramps, especially now the weather is getting so hot, hope things get better soon xx

You poor thing, I was the same, it's horrendous. I was out on stemitil (anti nausea drug) it worked really well. I would say go back to GP, it's really important to keep hydrated, don't mind the food just keep sipping fluids, it will eventually lift even if u feel like you'll never be out of it, you will. X

I had the exact same! I was quite sick from around 7 weeks until about 14 weeks and the anti sickness drugs they gave me didn’t seem to work. The things that helped for me were to have really icy cold drinks and just sip through a straw, try to avoid drinking big gulps as this can make you feel quite sick and nauseous.

Have you tried dry crackers, toast, cereal, plain popcorn and anything beige that had no dairy and doesn’t have much of a smell? Even if it’s just small amounts it might help get your blood sugars up a bit?
