Good question... mine is 7 months and has 1-2 naps if I’m lucky... can last between 30mins- 2 hours... and many naps does your lil baba have?

Mine is exactly the same, she has her breakfast at 8ish milk at 9.15/9.30, sleeps while feeding and can stay asleep for 1 hour, then an afternoon nap from 20mins - 1 hour. So around 2hours a day. Sometimes it’s 1 1/2 hours. I think she needs a bit more sleep in the afternoon. But she’s not one too just got too sleep, she needs to be put In the sling and walked around, or in the pram or driving around 🙄🙄 x

Yep mine is exactly the same... does she sleep through the whole night?

She has done since 6 weeks, but that was having 5/6 feeds during the day and last feed being at 9.30pm. Since she’s been having 4 bottles during day beginning of August she’s been asleep by 7.30pm and sleeps through till around 6-8am. Most of the time it’s around 7ish she will wake.

Unless her teething or sleep regression plays up then she can be awake for couple of hours during the night.

Does yours sleep through? What’s the routine, if you have 1? x

Oh ok... yea mine does have a routine the majority of the time but need to work on getting him to sleep earlier. He’ll sleep from anything between 8.30- 9.30pm right through to 8.30 am....in the morning he’s fussy and won’t guzzle his bottle and will drink 6oz between the time he wakes and say 10am.... he’ll then have breakfast and maybe a small 30min nap...

We are very lucky she sleeps through the night, last week was hell, sleep regression and teething, so she was wide awake for 2-3 hours during the night. She did go back too sleep eventually, which was good.

She has her breakfast around 8ish then milk 9.15/9.30 will fall asleep through that and then have remaining milk after (if she wants it) we then go out when she wakes, lunch (snacks) at 12, bottle 1.30/2, nap(🤞🏻🤞🏻) playtime, dinner at 5.30, small playtime, bath 6.30, milk 7pm, bed 7.30. What time is his last feed? X

I love your routine... do you bath baby during the day at all? Perhaps thats where I’m going wrong as a bath in the evening would relax him I suppose. He has his last feed around 8ish but would drink a couple ounces between then and 9pm and finally off to sleep.

No we just bath at night time. maybe try the bath at night time and then bottle, start gradually bringing the feed earlier and earlier till the time you want him to go too bed.

Once she started solids, she dropped a feed, so her last feed was 8pm, then 1 week we brought it earlier to 7.30pm then following week 7pm and that’s how’s it’s been for a while now.

We do bath time 1/2 hour before bottle. Give it ago, tire baby out aswell, works a treat x

2-3, sometimes 40 mins per nap, sometimes 2 hours, varies every day

My little one is the same age. She has always been a good sleeper and gives the same cues every day to let me know she is tired. She can be a lazy one and often doesn’t wake until 9am but usually closer to 8.30. She only has three bottles a day and then three meals. First bottle as soon as she gets up and then breakfast 1hr later. So typically a 7oz bottle at 8.30 and then breakfast at 9.30. Then I get her dressed for the day, have some playtime and typically bang on three hours after she woke she is ready for a sleep. So usually she will go for her nap around 11.30 and she sleeps for 2.5 to 3 hours every day. It would be a rare occasion for her to sleep less. When she wakes she has lunch (various finger foods) followed by a 7oz bottle. Some more playtime and if she is tired again she will the odd time have a 20min cat nap at this time but usually not) then dinner at 6pm (I usually spoon feed her some home made dinners) bath everyday other night, 7oz bottle and bed by 8pm. She sleeps through the night for no less than 11hrs and can sleep up to 12.5 hours. Since she was 12 weeks we have had a routine that she goes to bed for her nap. I put her to bed tired but awake, say the same thing to her (mummy loves you, daddy loves you etc) then place her into the crib and say “sleep time”. She goes to sleep without a noise at nap time. At night time she might cry for 2-3 minutes but I just go back in and say “sleep time” and perhaps put the dummy in and she settles herself to sleep.

I love our routine and I am flexible when needed. If I meet friends for coffee we tend to do that from 3pm-5.30 as then we still have her usually nap at home. If I need to nip out for errands I will often do that between 3pm-5.30 also. And sometimes we just go out for the whole day and she naps in the pram. She won’t nap as long because she is nosey 🤣 but it doesn’t affect her form and I just make sure the next day we have a house day so that she gets her nap.

I would love my LG to have her nap in her bed, I would get so much done. But she’s gone back to the stage where she has too stay on you when naps (which I do love, as that doesn’t last forever) but would be nice if she would go down in bed for a nap.

My little girl falls asleep through her last feed, so is asleep when put too bed, she may wake up (looks at you as in what are you doing, putting me down) lol. But goes straight back to sleep.

I love our routine aswell, we tend too go out late morning after she’s had her morning nap, then try too be home in afternoon, for her longer nap (if that happens)

Our LG is so nosey aswell, but does love her naps in pram, but when we weather has been like it has lately and just rained. It’s such a pain going out, as we don’t have much under cover where we live. x
