I wouldn’t recommend it no, not good to get overheated and it’s much easier to get overheated and dehydrated when pregnant (and without realising). Normal temperature yoga all the way 👍

You risk miscarriage and complications if you raise your core body temperature so you’re supposed to avoid hot baths (warm is fine with good ventilation), hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas etc. Normal yoga is great just tell your instructor you’re pregnant in case any moves need adapting for you. x
