Pregnancy pain

Did anyone every suffer with leg cramps? Mine wakes me up in the night & screaming in pain cause hurts so much! I’m 18 weeks pregnant.

I'm 18 weeks too. I've not suffered from it myself (yet) but I've heard it can happen in pregnancy. Keep your fluids up and keep a bit of gentle exercise up throughout pregnancy if you can. Hope it eases off soon.

Thank you been reading about it on NHS website says about dehydration and get my exercise in walk the kids to school and go to work where I’m on my feet whole time x

I'm constantly running around after my toddler and the thirst I'm experiencing is like something else! Probably why I've been lucky.

I’m not sure about leg cramps in pregnancy, but drinking tonic water is meant to help prevent it...it’s the quinine in it apparently...
