Is Emma's Diary pack any good?

Hi team. I've been given some information about signing up to Emma's diary. Is it worth it?!

I did sign up but then got given some of the packs by my midwife anyway so not sure whether I actually needed to. The free stuff in the packs was ok but just make sure you read the terms and conditions re sharing of information. I got loads of calls (I mean several a day) from Scottish Power around that time and on looking into it online, a lot of people who’d had similar were suggesting Emma’s Diary had shared their details.

Things might be different now with new data protection laws etc and I might have inadvertently given them permission but just worth a mention. As I said, maybe check with your midwife as mine gave the packs away anyhow! x

I did not find it much helpful. Also pack I found useless -as I have bought all necessary things already, and tiny pot of sudocreame and sterilising bag & 2 newborn nappies made no difference.

But you try and will see for yourself!x

I personally didn’t think they were worth it but I filled in the paper forms that allow you to leave off email and telephone details (I’d heard about people getting a lot of calls even when ticking the no contact box) and handed them in at Argos to get mine x

I have got 2 so far and wouldn’t recommend it at all, was mainly leaflets. Think I got 1 nappy, a tiny pack of water wipes, tiny pack of dettol wipes and that was it x
