It dont always happen straight away ive been with my husband 5 years and we was trying for a baby now nearly 6 years I am finally pregnant im 36 weeks gone due the end of this month these things take time.... just dont stress your self out about it.... it will happen soon.... or if you are really worried go and see your doctor and talk to them about it

You need to make sure that you’re having sex at the correct time of the month, track your menstrual cycle, apps like Glow help, and for the few days surrounding ovulation you need to have sex where your husband ejaculates inside you every other day to improve your chances. Also do not stress over it, it will happen when it happens, it took me six months to conceive. Good luck.

It has taken me 7 years. 3 years of trying ourselves followed by tests and referrals for ivf. All unexplained. We are now finally pregnant at almost 14 weeks but it was a long hard struggle.

Most couples without any issues take up to 6 months and doctors won't even start testing until you have been trying for 12 months with no success.

Echo the above, especially Camillage. It took us over 5 years to fall pregnant and now nearly 20 wks.
