I was just wondering dos it hurt when you check for dielateion

It does hurt me when in labour when checking but for some people it doesn’t my cervix is quite hard to find normally and they have to really dig about.

Never hurt me. Has been midly uncomfortable at times but now on my 3rd baby and I don't even bat an eyelid at it now.

Oh my goodness, it hurtled me so bad I started rising to the ceiling! They checked me 3 times ! I recently had my first child so I had no idea what to expect! It was the worst pain I ever experienced! I believe it depends on who's doing it also! 3rd nurse/doctor who checked it was a little quicker and smoother 😨 Good luck
