38w pregnant, not on meds, just really struggling today! Diagnosed with ptsd anxiety depression. Got psychology report and although accurate and well written, it’s just made me feel really anxious etc. Feel really alone.

Struggling :(
Hello my darling, I myself am a very anxious person and have been throughout my entire pregnancy. It can be very overwhelming but I can assure you it does not impact your babies health. Simple situations you normally deal with become stressful and worrying. Panick attacks come on. I’ve totally been there. I’m still anxious as a mum now and got ocd. Excessive hand washing, broken bleeding skin etc. I think it comes from me wanting to protect my little treasure so much. Am a perfectionist as well. There are many women that feel exactly the same as you do. You are absolutely not alone in this
Lots of love xxx
Hi. I’m a bit late responding, just came across your post. I hope you are doing ok. It’s normal to have up and down days. Just think of your Little One who loves you so much. Babies are a gift and your little one will lift you up when you are having bad days. Also try and seek help if you feel you need it. I think you can be referred to the mental health team in the first 6 weeks of baby being born but also get support from friends and family. X
