11 weeks and feeling awful

Hi I'm 11weeks today and feeling awful weak and tired, I've been struggling with severe all day sickness can't even keep water down. I got injection to help with Ms but didn't help, when does it get better? This is my 2nd n never experienced such w my first preg

My morning sickness was definitely worse with my 2nd but it wasn't all day. It's a problem if you can't hold down water, could you maybe go back and see if they could give you something else that's safe? My MS and tiredness mostly went at 16 weeks but I still occasionally throw up in a morning (every week or so) but that happened with my first too xx

Thanks sweetilemon will hv to go back and ask for something stronger, first injection I got was promethazine
