coughing remedies

my baby is 15months old, he is coughing bad, I tried linctopen, adcoflu, borstol even took him to the doctor but the coughing doesn't go away, please advise what can I give him

Cough remedies don't really work. The ones that possibly do work have codeine is which you can't use in children. If he's got s cold it's a matter of waiting for the cough to get better on its own, not much that can be done. Since my daughter started nursery she pretty much has a cough or cold all the time... Just takes time to build immunity

so what can I get if his got too much phlegm (slaim) cause I think that's what make his cough to get worse
