Don't cook strong smelling foods. Make sure she drinks water, milk or juice. Don't force her to eat food she doesn't like. Eat small amounts of food but often. How many weeks pregnant?

I've heard it's a good idea to have crackers or biscuits next to the bed and eat one when first waking up can help. Very cold drinks helped me and some hard boiled sweets to suck xx
