I have been sick on and off for about 2 weeks these past 3 days I've been sick regularly it's not like proper sick I'm hiccuping,cough and burping and it all coming up I also have dizzy spells and I'm extremely tired I also get pain in my tummy and lower back just now and then they aren't that bad, any ideas on what's happening?
