Hi im 10 weeks pregnant and when i first found out my doctor prescribed me folic acid tablets, i saw me midwife a week ago and she said i should get some pregnancy vitamins which i have noticed have the same amount of folic acid in as what i was prescribed. I have stopped taking the folic acids ones for now and just taking the vitamins is this correct as i know you shouldn't take to much folic acid?
