How many weeks pregnant are you? Are your hands and feet particularly itchy? Is it worse at night?

Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? If you are then you should go see your gp before taking anything like anti-histamines.

Ring ur triage dept and explain to them they may get u to go down and get checked over

I had very bad itching in my last trimester. It turned out that I had a problem with my liver which could have affected the baby. Go to your midwife ASAP and ask for a blood test. Good luck
