Kind of a gross question...

I'm 32 weeks on Wednesday and have had an upset stomach for about 3 weeks now, it's not full diarrhea but it's been giving me the most awful cramps to the point where I'm nearly sick :/ has this happened to anyone else? I'm unsure weather it's a problem or weather it's due to stress :( x

You need to see a doctor Hun. You don't want premature labour to kick up and start. 3 weeks of dia is not good at all. Please see a doc and let us know how it went :-) x

It is thought to "your body's way of preparing for labour" when you start to experience a bit of diarrhoea.

It may be a Lil early to experience at 32wks but as long as your taking care of yourself & eating / drinking well you & baby should be fine.

I had this when I was 32 weeks pregnant and a couple of weeks later at 34weeks and 3days I had my little girl, born naturally in the breech position and she is perfectly healthy and she is now 4months and 2days. Go and see your doctor hun x

Just rang midwife and they've said to ignore it :S thanks for your replies ladies xx

U should ring ur triage dept and speak to them having bad cramps for three weeks is not good. ..u can speak to one midwife who will Bat it off but u could speak to another one who could admit u...u can just walk into ur triage dept.. there they will check u over..u dont need to ring them. ..def think u need to be checked over!
