Hi, I have just found out I'm pregnant. The baby was conceived on all inclusive holiday so I am just panicking on the alcohol effects?

Firstly Congratulations 
and please don't worry to much, mine was conceived in December so I had Xmas, New Years & my big 40 birthday and then I flew to Egypt all inclusive still oblivious, realised a few days into holiday that was late....and so I had to kiss good by to the lovely Pina Colada's I was enjoying at 11am. x

Hey there I wouldn't worry too much if I were you, they feed off a yolk sac not the placenta for weeks. A couple of weeks of boozing not likely to hurt too much! Found this thread on mumsnet so you are far from alone! Xxmumsnet.com/Talk/pregnancy/...

I am same as cheekymonkey, I found out was 6w5d on January 15th so had xmas, new yr and various parties and my son is currently sat here on my shoulder safe and sound, your little one will be fine as whats done is done so don't worry seriously xx
I went in two hen weekends and to a wedding before I realised I was up the duff. My LO is fine
I had drank excessive amounts the weekends before I found out I was pregnant with muffin and found out I was 5 wks and stopped. Baby seems fine and im 16 weeks. Ur be fine xx
Ummm...I dont mean to sound flippant but i think you'll find a LOT of babies are conceived 'under the influence'. Baby Nutella was conceived on Honeymoon & I joke about her being 40% proof 
I'm 30 wks now & both scans were fine.
At the early stages, when it's just a few divided cells (I say 'just'...I don't mean it like that, but hopefully you get the idea!) there aren't any organs to affect by booze. If you'd posted saying you've been out partying everynight & just found out you're 5months preggers, then maybe start worrying! Xx
