Sounds like baby is on the move down and the balloon feeling is the pressure this creates. Got a midwife appointment soon?

Not until nearly 35 weeks! Getting quite worried but dont want to pester the midwife if its nothing I should be worried about!

Don't feel like you would be pestering them...it's their job to be there for you. Try calling and explaining how you feel and they should either be able to tell you what it is or ask you to come in for a check. At least you'll know for sure. I've had to do that before just to know what's happening with my body because it's all so new

Its just I had to go up the beginning of the week due to spotting and discharge only to be told they cant find anything so was sent home! Was made to feel like a right muppet

They asked me to come in to check a load of stuff, checked one thing then sent me home like I was being an overanxious wally!! But I just think sod em, if I'm unsure I won't be put off asking because sometimes you get a dodgy one lol

I would contact your midwife. It's their job to look after you. Even If you feel a bit silly after that is nothing compared to how important it is your baby is ok x

I'd ring maternity unit and get seen if ur worried get it checked x

If you feel that something is wrong then you should insist on seeing a midwife. As the parent of an extremely prem baby, my son was born at 24+3, time is vital if your child is to survive. Sorry if I am worrying you, but if you do nothing and your baby comes then you've still got to go to hospital, minutes are vital when they are so small. I'd go and get checked, you aren't wasting their time if something is wrong. Better to be safe than sorry. Good luck x

Definitely stand your ground, don't let them fob you off.
