Fatigue! 😴

Does anyone else suffer with bouts of fatigue?

I try so hard not to ‘over do it’ even though how much I can cope with seems to vary from one week to the next.

Did a bit too much yesterday and now paying the price 😴 💤

Any tips for boosting energy more than welcome!

I get weird episodes where I feel so exhausted that I can’t force myself to stay awake and at the same time I feel freezing cold, even with lots of clothes and duvet but skin burns and I get a weird facial flush. I pass out for a couple hours then feel fine when I wake up.

So weird and no health professionals have been able to explain it. I think it’s an inflammatory response as it’s often when I get a flare up of bowel issues and I often have horrid pain in hips 🤷‍♀️

Yes I get the cold feeling as well. It can sometimes coincide with a general malaise 🥴 I’ve just noticed my B12 injection is overdue so I’m hoping the sudden return of fatigue episodes could be due to that 🤔

It takes at least a year to get over the radiation therapy. A lot of tissue healing has to take place. Do what you are up to and no more. At 76, 11 years on, I have times when I feel exhausted and times when I have lots of energy! A flare up of bowel symptoms forces me to take it easy for a while. Take good care of yourself. You deserve it!
