Thank you got the usual odd niggle of pain otherwise can't complain that's old age lol can't believe how the years have flown in 56 and a half soon lol xx😁

Yes I think it all starts to show from our injuries when we were younger I'm on low dose h r t patches that's keeping me a bit younger anyway lol Id probably get no sleep at all without them xx😁

And doesn't it just make you feel so good to be I've when you can wake up to nature were so lucky to have gardens, but I even love just looking out at the sky and we can all do that 😁
I love looking at the sky and clouds..I'm a member of the cloud appreciation society.. I've always loved and admired nature..😉

What a beautiful garden that is Dj1962. I'm deeply envious. It looks perfect for some meditation practice! You're right about the colour. It's just that we should look a little closer at nature when skies are grey and/or rain's falling. Even if you just consider the various greens to be found, it's incredibly diverse. I shall try harder to find some colours in nature today!

Yes there iws always colour if only the oranges of leaves, red berries, and some of the autumn roses in last bloom. Thank you for the picture.
