Yes namaha, it's very important to learn who you really are deep inside and to be honest about what you find within. Only then can you make real change when it's necessary. I like Jack Kornfield's idea that every so often you should ask yourself, "am I living well", or at the end of life "did I live well", and that doesn't mean how much do I have, but how much do I have within! Thanks for sharing! Gaur Gopal Das is so thought provoking. 🙏
