When was your last notification/e-mail from HU? Did you change your notifications under Settings for e-mails?
I've had a few today but not as many as usual and yesterday hardly any until late afternoon when it got quite busy again and I thought that whatever was wrong had righted itself but it has been the same again today - I usually have quite a lot and I have noticed on the NRAS site that posts have been coming in but I have not received any emails, I have been getting the new ones from the other posts below. I know it doesn't seem to be as busy but I have only been getting the odd notification. I also noticed earlier that I had an email which was meant for another poster. I am signed on four sites so it is a little strange. The only changes I have made to settings is what Hema suggested yesterday 'When someone creates a post in my communities (not recommended if you're in a large community)' but it hasn't made any difference.

Hi Activity. I've had a reply from the support HU and they can't find anything wrong. It was pretty much the same email as I had yesterday. I've also had a message from someone in the US who suddenly stopped getting emails a while ago and is missing them. I have given him the email address you gave me to write to. Really weird. 🙃
It may be a glitch in the system, but can you please check your junk email messages/folder and see if they have been sent there by mistake? If they are in junk, click not junk/spam and they should be added to the inbox/folder you choose. Add to SAFE Senders list.😀👍
I checked Spam yesterday when Hema mentioned it but there was nothing there. I have made sure that HU address is in my Contacts List but it'still not happening. I'll just have to put up with it, maybe it will right itself eventually. Thanks for helping. 😊 x
Did you refresh the email message page for each box( inbox/spam)?

Go to the email address that you have for your email messages and go to the top of the page. Click on the icon to refresh your browser/email.
Is that top right Send/Receive all Folders?
Left hand side of the screen on the computer. There’s an arrow that may be in a circle to refresh your page.

Not on mine there isn't. Outlook 2016 (rubbish). On left hand side at the top I have a button Send/Receive All Folders F9 and on the right side near the top I have Send/Receive All Folders?????

I have but nowhere near as many as I normally get. I'm not worried about it anymore, if I get them I get them, if not then I don't. I just wanted you to know that your comments were coming to me. x

If you click SAVE POST, you can get notifications saying there’s a new reply to the posting.😀👍

Anytime someone else posts a posting, you have the choice to save/follow the posting and you can get replies to the posting in your email inbox.

I didn't know what it was when Activity told me to do that but it just means clicking on the Send/Receive button on the top right (or top left) of your email home page (I have Outlook 2016) or pressing on F9 and emails waiting in the wings (so to speak) to come through will be given a push and will update on your screen. Sorry, I'm not very good at explaining things to do with computers!! 🙃

Yes the emails have stopped. I did get one this evening but not for the last few days.
You could do as Activity adivised me to do and refresh your email browser or email:-
support@healthunlocked.com and let them check it out for you. Good luck.
