I believe so. My father got one and has COPD... He does have other medical conditions as well, so I couldn't be 100% sure
I and several people I know are on the vulnerable list and received a letter from Government. They get the names and addresses etc from the doctor. Most of it you would already know - stay in, dont get too close to people etc.
You need to raise this issue with your GP surgery

Hi Dendron, it may be worth picking up the phone to check in with your GP to make them aware that you haven't received a letter so that you can ensure that you are on their radar.
