What card games do you play? Multiple choice.
I play solitaire at the minute as live alone, but my favourite game is rummy.
I haven't played cards for many years, but used to enjoy both bridge and patience.
Solitaire - mainly Free Cell. I’ve not heard of the others listed apart from Rummy.
Cribbage and patience
Hand and foot
How do you play Hand and Foot? I never played it growing up. Is it able to be played with more than 2 people?
It's a game to show people how explain it. There's alot to say. 2 or more people. Can have alot of cards in your hands if you're unlucky. Red three's are minus 300 points. Not good.
Thank you for letting me know. How many cards does each person start with in the beginning of the game? 😀👍🌈🃏
We play with 5 decks for four people. Everybody picks up 22 cards then count out 11 for themselves tgen hands the cards facedown to person on the left. Then receive 11 cards from person on the right. You only pick up 11 cards to play and leave other deck face down for second hand. So 11 cards in hand and 11 facing down. This games starts out at 50 points you need to make. 2nd round 90. 3rd round 120. 4th round 150. Pretty hard game when you get up to the 150 point hand.
Don't play any
I haven't played cards for a long time but rummy was always my favourite card game👍😊🙏
That's fantastic! My mom and I play 500 Rummy, Uno, Skip-Bo and a few others with and without my Grandma and Aunt. We also play other card games with my Nephew and Niece each day during the week when they're here. 😀👍🌈🃏
That's great that you play cards with your family, a good way to get together 👍🌈😊
Besides rummy, and uno I used to play spoons and I play solitaire most of the time now. Rummy was the game I played as a kid all the time but when I got married I played it with him and he quite because I always won.
Also play Rook, Hearts, Poker and my personal favorite Solitaire. My wife will not play cards with me.
Does your wife play board games with you? Do you play the games on your phone/computer?
Solitaire! The only game for me!🙄😗
Used to play Rummy when staying at my Granny’s house. Also Patience. Have also played Pontoon. I have played Patience online in the past, But just play Free Cell online these days.
Solitaire-using a deck of cards or a hand held video game.
I struggle with Snap! I've no card memory so only play easy card games with small children and do word puzzles instead.
Used to play crib a lot with hubby, but not in recent years. Queenie or Rummy with family at Christmases in the past.
Also play Hearts and various 1and 2 player patience games
Canasta
Although I listed two card games, Apples To Apples and UNO. I haven't played them in years.
That's okay. There are a few card games I haven't played in a few years, either.
all kinds of poker
gin rummy
canasta
blackjack
magic the gathering (you didn't say conventional cards only!! )
Play patience occasionally. Used to play Rummy or Whist with my family when I was a child. No one seems to play games any more. Everything’s online!
Solitaire on the computer, and as a child a maths game with special cards called Summit. True playing cards were not allowed in the house, of either my Mother or Grandparents, their type of Protestantism believed them to be tools of the devil.
Hearts when there are folks to play with. I bet there's a free online game, I hadn't thought about looking for one!
Poker
Cribbage and canasta with he family as wellMakes us forget some of the lockdown limitations and brings laughter to the house
I play cribbage I love it. 🌈
I sometimes play solitaire on the laptop but prefer sudoku on paper.
Snap!
I don't play card games, and I never have as I'm really not interested, but I do know others who are and join bridge clubs locally before the lock down.
I like a game of Cribbage.
Solitare
I Play solitaire. and scrabble online.
Spider 4 suit
How has your day been .
How do you play the game? I never played it.
I don’t play cards at all
Bridge- great game to play even online in this pandemic
I love to play Cribbage, used to play in a cribbage league until I moved 22 years ago. Like 7's, 9 or 6 card brag, Canasta, Trumps. Shame really as living on my own don't get to play them, not unless I play them on the computer.
