Has anyone used Melatonin to aid your Sleep?

yes it does help me go to sleep. I only need one. It does cost quite a lot even though it is a prescribed medication only.

Yes it's ok but often I need triazalom which is stronger. Are u having a lot of trouble going to sleep?

I have reached the stage where I dont sleep at all without melatonin and or halcyon
