A long shot

Hi,

I wonder whether anyone has similar or any advice. My husband suffered a severe acquired Hypoxic brain injury in December 2020. He has been left with a bag of changes etc, with write some damage to his basal ganglia as well. However he has quite a lot of parkinsonism they call it alongside his ABI...quite a cross section actually. This is my reason for reaching out. I've mainly been look at brain injury information and forums. However he has been home from hospital since May and I think it's time I start looking at some Parkinson's centered information as well. He will be re-admited to hospital for assessments as well as making a start on Levadopa in January next year. Has anyone any experience with this medication. It's all a bit experimental in his case. But any info on anything (as mainly I know very little on Parkinson's) would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! PS I'm in the UK.

O
