Documentary film project on medicine and technology seeks Parkinson's patients who have downloaded and are actively using the "mPower" app.

I downloaded the mPower app and entered my details to register but it came up with "System message. Channel is in non provision mode. Please contact admin". Then got no further. Is this because it's past the cutoff date of 27 Jan? I am interested in seeing what this app is about. Can anyone help please?
