Have anyone found a mattress topper that is really effective to reduce hip pain when sleeping?

For example 'Slumber Top' memory foam or 'Downtime Mattress Topper' feather & down.

well I have a memory foam mattress and magnetic underlay but the most help is a warm wheat bag on or around the painful areas.

Hi thanks for the mail with comments about what you find helps. I have had memory foam as part of the mattress I've been sleeping on but I need something more I think. Maybe another memory foam topper on top. I thought I might try a feather duvet folded over 4x and laying that under the sheet. I'll try that for a few nights. I haven't tried a magnetic underlay, but if I can avoid the cost of one that would be good.

I dont get this pain now, it was never too bad and meds have helped. Just wondering if meds help it during the day and if so would help at night. Not answering your question I know, just a thought.
