DOES HDT EXTEND YOUR SINEMET ''ON'' PERIOD?

For those of you Pwp using HDT and sinemet,would you say it helps with extending the sinemet "'on'' time?If so what is your drug schedule like and how many hours do you get as ''on''' time with sinemet?Please respond as I am considering trying HDT.Thanks.
