Sorry this took so long. I am a very bad example of doing stuff that is good for me. Right now I am taking youngevity ultimate EFA Plus. I am just taking one capsule per day, you can get it on eBay for the lowest price. I never had a bad burp from those. I do try to take it with some fat. I think you can take a lot more I have read about krill oil but I don't know anything about it. Mary
