I've also heard Alpha-lipoic acid helps with pain. Anyone tried?

Iv just started taking ALA so can't comment on the effects as of yet. I also take a vit b combination of all 8+vit c, vitamin D at 3000 too. I did take devils claw, however I had a lot of visits to the toilet and found it ineffective.

Thank you. I am sorry for any suffering in this world. My own and that of others. We all have our own pain to live with, but I hope to still have compassion for others. So I write books that are about topics that deal with care and hope and meaning. Some days are worse than others but I see that others have hardships I hope to never know, Syrian refugees, girls kidnapped from schools, all those traveling to other countries to escape conditions of horror. So I have pain in this temporary body and I try and hope to deal with it, but I love the world, other people, animals, trees, and I do not want any of it to suffer or have to escape from their own homes.

Well, that was lengthy. The point of it is that sometimes I feel sorry for myself and then realize it is not the only hurt in this world. Thanks, Kat.

I see your point, I am appreciative of what I have and know people are suffering in different ways. I can't help but feel sad about me though.

Agree no matter how one realises people suffer in different ways it's own pain that is felt most

I also would like to be updated. I bought GLA some time ago but found the size of the tablets daunting so didn't try...however if I can get any evidence that it works perhaps?
