It is real hard to cope with what you are/ have been through.

I'm assuming you just had an unfortunate experience with the Ambien and that now you have thrown out the pack - ( You have done that , haven't you?😣) you will be able to cope a whole load better.

Yes. Thanks for listening. It is nice to talk to others and let it out sometimes. Thanks again. Getting new Doctors and Starting over. My Dr is Retiring and it is stressful but it will be ok. Just takes awhile. I have to go to a new city. Too small of a town creates big problems sometimes even though it is quiet and peaceful it has drawbacks. Ga has 100's of tiny towns.
