I would go to gp and explain my symptoms poss with a urine sample. No doubt he or she would do blood tests and depending on the results a referral to a specialist for further investigation if necessary. The gp should do blood and urine tests automatically.Sorry you are having trouble but the best way to sort it is to get a medical opinion asap

Thank you Suzuki, I've made an appt with my primary. Got an appt fairly quick, I'm glad since I've been obsessing about this since reading the other post. There's definitely something wrong, I have too many symptoms that fit. Though there's one symptom that I haven't heard mentioned and that's neuropathy of the feet, been going on for a year or so. Seeing a Neuro next week to evaluate. Thanks for your advice, I'll make sure my primary does the routine test and maybe ask for an ultrasound.

Hi mgreen58

I think you are moving in the right direction. Neuopathy can occur after chemo if you had had any todate. It could also happen that something is pressing on a nerve in your lower back giving you all those symptoms, best of luck and keep in touch

I know others have said to go to GP & I would agree. Please follow up though & keep a note of other problems/symptoms/pain to tell the GP as sometimes we do not mention small things. Hope all goes OK and that there is no deep rooted problems.

Thank you Daisies, I never really thought about consulting a GP. I've always done things through my primary but I will look into finding a GP this week. I'll keep the appt with my primary just to discuss my concerns. Thank you for your well wishes, I'll let all know how things go.
