I know my diet is deficient and waiting on blood test results at the mo but does anyone have a tried and tested supplement they can recommend?

Hi Charlie
I buy mine on line from Healthspan. Get a high strength multivitamin supplement plus an antioxidant. If your blood test is for vitamin deficiency then this will tell you what you need but without medical advice an all round supplement can't hurt you.

I asked a specialist nutritionist but she said that ti was difficult to recommend anything without knowing test results.
Slimfast is a good balanced source of vitamins etc and nutrition notwithstanding that slimming may be the last thing on your mind!
