How can I keep my bowels clear because if there is anything in there it’s not being dealt with quickly enough it than causes a spasm in the gullet whereas I can barely breath once I’ve managed to go to the loo the pressure lessens but not always fully, any tips or advice, there is also trapped air oh the joys of losing all your dignity to breath 🤨xx thank you
