Patient Information Leaflet is the correct first point of information to check for which came with that medication.

There are a variety of ways the medication is administered.

I believe this is not ordispersible one's.

But fast disintegrating type. These would be taken within 15 minutes of making up with the 4ml water for 15mg of tablet content through oral syringe to help with measuring and administering.

hot water is not recommended room temperature is best, having said that without knowing the climatic conditions in this place its difficult to say. Hot water is normally not required.

15 min is the max you can wait to admnister from making.

In regards to safe or not, perhaps safe however the drug may not be of potential use if prepared for long time before administering.

Patient comfort for the water temp may be a factor. as the syringe may be too cold, water from tap cold if weather like today with snow and storm.

lukewarm is always good to match body temperature.
